About The Firm

The attorneys at Barchet Law practice primarily in the areas of estates, trusts, elder law, and business law. With a focus on client service and education, we aid and advise our clients in the creation of estate plans that are tailored to their unique situations. In so doing we prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other documents that form a comprehensive estate plan. We also assist with the administration of both probate estates and trusts, and we counsel elderly and disabled persons, as well as their children or caretakers, regarding the unique legal challenges they are facing and potential solutions to those problems.

Beyond estates, trusts, and elder law, we can also help clients with business matters, including creating sole proprietorships, LLC’s, and corporations, and the sale and purchase of businesses.
